        Omdat ze afkomstig is van de streek rond Aarschot startte Francesca Sterckx ook er haar eigen restaurant Mistinguett op. Dat deed deze Young Mastercook nadat ze een culinaire opleiding genoot in toprestaurants in binnen- en buitenland. Nu vond ze dus een plekje waar ze haar jarenlange ervaring kan vertalen in creatieve en heerlijke gerechten. Wij spraken met de chef over haar passie.
